Permission-gated uploads, channel auto-resolution, tags, and OAuth management.

Stage 09 publishes rendered videos directly to YouTube Shorts via the official Google YouTube Data API with automatic channel mapping and metadata injection.

Human-in-the-Loop Permission

The engine will never auto-upload without explicit human permission. When Stage 08 QC passes, the agent presents the rendered video link and asks for your approval before triggering Stage 09.

Upload Safety Guarantee

Uploads require explicit confirmation in chat. If you respond "no", the video remains on your local disk at scripts/<slug>/short.mp4.

Channel Auto-Routing

The uploader automatically detects channel: from config.yaml and uses the corresponding OAuth token from secrets/youtube/<channel>/token.json.

Metadata & SEO Frontmatter

Titles, descriptions, and hashtags are automatically parsed from final.md:
