We collect only the minimum data required to process your purchase, deliver your cryptographic license key, and verify node-locked device limits. We never sell, rent, or monetize personal user data.

  Customer Information: Name and email address provided during checkout for license delivery and receipts.

  Transaction Reference: Razorpay Order ID and Payment ID. We never store credit/debit card numbers or banking passwords.

  Hardware Machine Hash: A non-reversible SHA-256 hash of hardware IDs transmitted during shorts license activate to enforce the 2-device limit.

3. How Data is Used

• •Delivering license keys and setup runbooks via transactional email.
• •Minting cryptographically signed Ed25519 node-locked authentication tokens.
• •Providing technical onboarding support and pipeline troubleshooting.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following secure cloud infrastructure providers:

• •Razorpay: PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processing.
• •Convex: Encrypted database for order records and activation state.
• •Resend: Transactional email delivery for license keys.
• •Cloudflare: Secure CDN and precompiled binary release storage (R2).
