1. 14-Day Guarantee

If the engine fails to install, build, or render video output on your supported machine (macOS 12+, Ubuntu 20.04+, or Windows 10/11 x64) and our engineering team cannot resolve it during your included 1-on-1 onboarding session, you receive a 100% full refund.

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

•Request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
•Must provide the original Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID.
•Enterprise Source Code Buyouts (where complete uncompiled code is transferred) are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to me@haroonsaifi.dev with:

• Subject: Refund Request — [Your Razorpay Order ID]
• Your registered email and a brief note describing the technical issue encountered.

Our team reviews and approves requests within 24 business hours.

4. Processing Timeline & Mode

Once approved, the refund is initiated immediately through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
