Shotrunner is 100% digital software. We do not ship physical boxed goods or media. Consequently, there are zero shipping charges, packaging costs, or import fees.

2. Delivery Channels & Timeline

  Instant Screen Display: Your cryptographic license key (SR-XXXX-...) and 1-click activation terminal commands appear immediately on the checkout success screen within seconds of Razorpay payment confirmation.

  Automated Email: A transactional email containing your invoice, license key, and CLI installation commands is dispatched to your email within 60 seconds.
• •
  Onboarding Session: Your included 1-on-1 setup session can be scheduled immediately using the calendar link on your success screen.

3. Missing License Assistance

If you completed payment but did not receive your license email within 10 minutes (after checking Spam), email me@haroonsaifi.dev with your Razorpay Payment ID. We will re-issue your credentials within 2 to 4 business hours.
