Terms of software licensing and usage for the Shotrunner autonomous video engine and developer CLI suite.
1. Agreement & Parties
By purchasing, downloading, or running Shotrunner, you enter into a binding agreement with Mohd Haroon / Shotrunner ("Licensor", "we"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
2. License Scope & Node-Locking
- •Perpetual Commercial License: One-time fee grants lifetime local execution rights with no recurring subscription fees.
- •Device Limit: Each license key permits simultaneous activation on up to two (2) machines owned or operated by the licensee.
- •100% Output Ownership: You retain complete commercial ownership of all rendered videos, scripts, audio files, and YouTube channels. We take 0% royalties.
- •Local-First Execution: The engine executes locally on your hardware. You bring your own API keys (Fish Audio, OpenAI, YouTube OAuth).
3. Prohibited Uses
- •Redistributing, leasing, or sharing license keys (
SR-XXXX-...) with third parties. - •Circumventing or tampering with the Ed25519 cryptographic token validation mechanisms.
- •Generating unlawful, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content in violation of applicable laws.
4. Payments & Billing
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay at a fixed one-time price of $200 USD (or ₹16,500 INR). There are no auto-renewals, hidden usage meters, or recurring charges.
5. Warranty & Governing Law
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
